トキワイカリソウtokiwaikariso
双子葉離弁花類メギ科イカリソウ属
本館までの登り坂に見つけることができる。花の色が赤紫で葉が常緑であることから、北陸や山陰にかけて多いトキワイカリソウらしい。花のかたちが船のイカリに似ているところからその名が付いた。 精力効果があり、これを食したヤギが興奮したという。
We can watch "Ikaroso" beside the slope of the main building. It is "Tokiwaikariso", because It has some characteristics like the purple color, and leaf is green all season of the year. If we eat it, we want to love woman.
フジ fuji
双子葉離弁花類マメ科フジ属
本館までの登り坂や御茸山の山中に多くみられる。５月に薄紫の花を咲かせる。樹齢は１０００年を超えるといわれ、そのつるは家具などに利用される。ツルは右巻きでヤマフジは左巻きである。
We can watch "fuji" beside the slope of the main building, and in the Mt.Mitake. It have a flower colored purple at May. It can live while 1000 years. It is used for furniture.
クロモジkoromoji
双子葉離弁花類クスノキ科クロモジ属
御茸山の中腹にみられ、４月ごろに黄色い花をつける。その幹は良い香りがして高級な爪楊枝に使われるという。シロモジとは枝の色が違う。
We can watch "kuromoji" in the halfway of the Mt.Mitake. It blooms in April with yellow color. It is used for a toothpick, because it have a good smell.
